Your healing spells and Smite have a 8% chance to make your next Flash Heal instant and cost 50% less mana. Stacks to 2.

Mass Dispel

Dispels magic in a 15 yard radius, removing all harmful Magic from 5 friendly targets and 1 beneficial Magic effect from 5 enemy targets. Potent enough to remove Magic that is normally undispellable.

Twins of the Sun Priestess

Power Infusion also grants you its effect at 100% value when used on an ally.

Shackle Horror
