Alter Time

Alters the fabric of time, returning you to your current location and health when cast a second time, or after 10 sec. Effect negated by long distance or death.

Ice Block

Encases you in a block of ice, protecting you from all attacks and damage for 10 sec, but during that time you cannot attack, move, or cast spells.

Causes Hypothermia, preventing you from recasting Ice Block for 30 sec.

Time Walk

Alter Time resets the cooldown of Blink and Shimmer when you return to your original location.

Temporal Realignment

Upon dropping below 25% health, your past self corrects your timeline, casting Alter Time and instantly returning 50% of your maximum health.

Master of Time

Reduces the cooldown of Alter Time by 5 sec.

Improved Conjuration

Mirror Image's cooldown is reduced by 30 sec.

Mirror Image's cooldown is reduced by 60 sec.

Improved Spellsteal

Spellsteal repeats its effect after 4 sec, but it now has a cooldown of 4.0 sec.

Shimmer

Teleports you 20 yds forward, unless something is in the way. Unaffected by the global cooldown and castable while casting.

Improved Blink

Counterspell prevents casting for an additional 1.0 sec.

Overflowing Energy

Each time your Arcane Barrage fails to critically strike, it gains 10% increased critical strike chance.

Critical strike bonus is removed when the affected spell critically strikes.

Improved Remove Curse

Casting Remove Curse on a friendly target also casts it on yourself, but its cooldown is increased by 20 sec.

Greater Invisibility

Makes you invisible and untargetable for 20 sec, removing all threat. Any action taken cancels this effect.

Ring of Frost

Summons a Ring of Frost for 10 sec at the target location. Enemies entering the ring are incapacitated for 10 sec. Limit 10 targets.

When the incapacitate expires, enemies are slowed by 65% for 4 sec.

Mass Polymorph

Transforms all enemies within 10 yards into sheep, wandering around incapacitated for 15 sec. While affected, the victims cannot take actions but will regenerate health very quickly. Damage will cancel the effect.

Your barriers absorb 100% more damage and have an additional effect, but last 4 sec.

 Prismatic Barrier
If the barrier is fully absorbed, your next Blink or Shimmer within 15 sec grants Invisibility and immunity to damage for 3 sec. The damage reduction is lost if Invisibility ends.

Icy Feet

When your Frost Nova or Water Elemental's Freeze is dispelled or removed, become immune to snares for 3 sec. 

This effect can only occur once every 10 sec.

Concentrated Coolness

Frozen Orb's damage is increased by 10% and is now castable at a location with a 40 yard range but no longer moves. 

Improved Mass Invisibility

The cooldown of Mass Invisibility is reduced by 4 min and can affect allies in combat.

Frost Bomb

Places a Frost Bomb on the target. After 5 sec, the bomb explodes, dealing 3,498 Frost damage to the target and 1,768 Frost damage to all other enemies within 10 yards. All affected targets are slowed by 50% for 8 sec. 

If Frost Bomb is dispelled before it explodes, gain a charge of Brain Freeze.

Ring of Fire

Summons a Ring of Fire for 8 sec at the target location. Enemies entering the ring are disoriented and burn for 3% of their total health over 3 sec.

Snowdrift

Summon a strong Blizzard that surrounds you for 6 sec that slows enemies by 70% and deals 75 Frost damage every 1 sec. 

Enemies that are caught in Snowdrift for 2 sec consecutively become Frozen in ice, stunned for 4 sec.

Ice Wall

Conjures an Ice Wall 30 yards long that obstructs line of sight. The wall has 30% of your maximum health and lasts up to 15 sec.

Ethereal Blink

Blink and Shimmer apply Slow at 100% effectiveness to all enemies you Blink through. For each enemy you Blink through, the cooldown of Blink and Shimmer are reduced by 1 sec, up to 5 sec.

Master Shepherd

While an enemy player is affected by your Polymorph or Mass Polymorph, your movement speed is increased by 25% and your Versatility is increased by 12%. 

Additionally, Polymorph and Mass Polymorph no longer heal enemies.

Ice Lance

Quickly fling a shard of ice at the target, dealing 695 Frost damage.

Shatters 4 stacks of Freezing.

Blizzard

Ice shards pelt the target area, dealing 1,376 Frost damage over 10.7 sec and reducing movement speed by 50% for 3 sec.

Frostbite

When Frostbolt critically strikes, it applies 1 additional stack of Freezing.

Each stack of Freezing that you Shatter deals 85 damage to nearby enemies. Damage reduced beyond 5 targets.

Icicles

Frost crystallizes around you, generating an Icicle every 5.4 sec. Upon generating 5 Icicles, Frostbolt upgrades to Glacial Spike for its next cast.

 Glacial Spike
Conjures a massive spike of ice that impales your target, dealing 4,948 damage and slowing the target's movement speed by 50% for 8 sec.

Applies 3 stacks of Freezing.

Icicles generate more rapidly out of combat.

Flurry

Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of 1,460 Frost damage.

Applies 3 stacks of Freezing.

Cold Snap

Resets the cooldown of your Ice Barrier, Frost Nova, Cone of Cold, Ice Cold, and Ice Block.

Glacial Bulwark

Ice Block and Ice Barrier now have an additional charge.

Frozen Orb

Launches an orb of swirling ice in front of you, dealing up to 5,125 Frost damage to all enemies it passes through over 15 sec. After a short delay, Frozen Orb will pursue its target. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

Enemies damaged by the Frozen Orb are slowed by 50% for 8 sec.
