Ice Block

Causes Hypothermia, preventing you from recasting Ice Block for 30 sec.

Overflowing Energy

Your spell critical strike damage is increased by 10%. When your direct damage spells fail to critically strike a target, your spell critical strike chance is increased by 2%, up to 10% for 8 sec. 

When your spells critically strike Overflowing Energy is reset.

Incanter's Flow

Magical energy flows through you while in combat, building up to 10% increased damage and then diminishing down to 2% increased damage, cycling every 10 sec.

While channeling, your Mage ability cooldowns are reduced by 12 sec over 3.6 sec.

Alter Time

Alters the fabric of time, returning you to your current location and health when cast a second time, or after 10 sec. Effect negated by long distance or death.

Cryo-Freeze

Alter Time resets the cooldown of Blink and Shimmer when you return to your original location.

Diverted Energy

Your Barriers heal you for 20% of the damage absorbed.

Your Barriers heal you for 40% of the damage absorbed.

Ring of Frost

Summons a Ring of Frost for 10 sec at the target location. Enemies entering the ring are incapacitated for 10 sec. Limit 10 targets.

When the incapacitate expires, enemies are slowed by 65% for 4 sec.

Ice Nova

Causes a whirl of icy wind around the enemy, dealing 8,542 Frost damage to the target and all other enemies within 8 yds, freezing them in place for 2 sec. Damage reduced beyond 8 targets.

Shimmer

Teleports you 20 yds forward, unless something is in the way. Unaffected by the global cooldown and castable while casting.

Ice Floes

Makes your next Mage spell with a cast time shorter than 10 sec castable while moving. Unaffected by the global cooldown and castable while casting.

Blast Wave

Causes an explosion around yourself, dealing 3,317 Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yds, knocking them back, and reducing movement speed by 70% for 6 sec.

Improved Frost Nova

Frost Nova duration is increased by 2 sec.

Rigid Ice

Frost Nova can withstand 80% more damage before breaking.

Dragon's Breath

Enemies in a cone in front of you take 4,105 Fire damage and are disoriented for 4 sec. Damage will cancel the effect.

Supernova

Pulses arcane energy around the target enemy or ally, dealing 2,596 Arcane damage to all enemies within 8 yds, and knocking them upward. A primary enemy target will take 100% increased damage.

Teleports you back to where you last Blinked and heals you for 39,468 health. Only usable within 8 sec of Blinking.

Your barrier's cooldown recharges 30% faster while the shield persists.

Greater Invisibility

Makes you invisible and untargetable for 20 sec, removing all threat. Any action taken cancels this effect.

You take 60% reduced damage while invisible and for 3 sec after reappearing.

Barrier Diffusion

Whenever one of your Barriers is removed, reduce its cooldown by 4 sec.

Ice Cold

Ice Block now reduces all damage taken by 70% for 6 sec but no longer grants Immunity, prevents movement, attacks, or casting spells. Does not incur the Global Cooldown.

Inspired Intellect

Arcane Intellect grants you an additional 6% Intellect.

Mass Invisibility

You and your allies within 40 yards instantly become invisible for 12 sec. Taking any action will cancel the effect.

Your barriers absorb 100% more damage and have an additional effect, but last 4 sec.

 Prismatic Barrier
If the barrier is fully absorbed, your next Blink or Shimmer within 15 sec grants Invisibility and immunity to damage for 3 sec. The damage reduction is lost if Invisibility ends.

Icy Feet

When your Frost Nova or Water Elemental's Freeze is dispelled or removed, become immune to snares for 3 sec. 

This effect can only occur once every 10 sec.

Concentrated Coolness

Frozen Orb's damage is increased by 10% and is now castable at a location with a 40 yard range but no longer moves. 

Ice Form

Your body turns into Ice, increasing your Frostbolt damage done by 30% and granting immunity to stun and knockback effects. Lasts 12 sec.

Ice Wall

Conjures an Ice Wall 30 yards long that obstructs line of sight. The wall has 30% of your maximum health and lasts up to 15 sec.

Ring of Fire

Summons a Ring of Fire for 8 sec at the target location. Enemies entering the ring are disoriented and burn for 3% of their total health over 3 sec.

Frost Bomb

Places a Frost Bomb on the target. After 5 sec, the bomb explodes, dealing 58,801 Frost damage to the target and 28,348 Frost damage to all other enemies within 10 yards. All affected targets are slowed by 70% for 4 sec. 

If Frost Bomb is dispelled before it explodes, gain a charge of Brain Freeze.

Snowdrift

Summon a strong Blizzard that surrounds you for 6 sec that slows enemies by 70% and deals 1,224 Frost damage every 1 sec. 

Enemies that are caught in Snowdrift for 2 sec consecutively become Frozen in ice, stunned for 4 sec.

Master Shepherd

While an enemy player is affected by your Polymorph or Mass Polymorph, your movement speed is increased by 25% and your Versatility is increased by 12%. 

Additionally, Polymorph and Mass Polymorph no longer heal enemies.

Ethereal Blink

Blink and Shimmer apply Slow at 100% effectiveness to all enemies you Blink through. For each enemy you Blink through, the cooldown of Blink and Shimmer are reduced by 1 sec, up to 5 sec.

Improved Mass Invisibility

The cooldown of Mass Invisibility is reduced by 4 min and can affect allies in combat.

Ice Lance

Quickly fling a shard of ice at the target, dealing 4,533 Frost damage.

Ice Lance damage is tripled against frozen targets.

Frozen Orb

Launches an orb of swirling ice up to 40 yds forward which deals up to 16,462 Frost damage to all enemies it passes through over 15 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Grants 1 charge of Fingers of Frost when it first damages an enemy.

Enemies damaged by the Frozen Orb are slowed by 30% for 3 sec.

Fingers of Frost

Frostbolt has a 15% chance and Frozen Orb damage has a 5% to grant a charge of Fingers of Frost.

Fingers of Frost causes your next Ice Lance to deal damage as if the target were frozen.

Maximum 2 charges.

Flurry

Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of 11,283 Frost damage. Each hit reduces the target's movement speed by 70% for 1 sec and applies Winter's Chill to the target.

Winter's Chill causes the target to take damage from your spells as if it were frozen.

Shatter

Multiplies the critical strike chance of your spells against frozen targets by 1.5, and adds an additional 50% critical strike chance.

Brain Freeze

Frostbolt has a 25% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Flurry and cause your next Flurry to deal 50% increased damage.

Everlasting Frost

Frozen Orb deals an additional 30% damage and its duration is increased by 2 sec.

Winter's Blessing

Your Haste is increased by 8%.

You gain 10% more of the Haste stat from all sources.

Frostbite

Gives your Chill effects a 10% chance to freeze the target for 4 sec.

Frostbolt and Icicle critical strike damage increased by 20%.
