Consuming Rime reduces the cooldown of Empower Rune Weapon by 6 sec.

Biting Cold

Remorseless Winter damage is increased by 35%. The first time Remorseless Winter deals damage to 3 different enemies, you gain Rime.

Inexorable Assault

Gain Inexorable Assault every 4 sec, stacking up to 5 times.

Obliterate consumes up to 3 stacks, dealing an additional 9 Frost damage for each stack consumed.

Frostreaper

Obliterate deals 10% increased damage and has a chance to tether the souls of its target and a nearby enemy to yours.

Frost Strike severs the tethers, dealing 72 Shadowfrost damage to both foes.

Pillar of Frost

The power of frost increases your Strength by 30% for 12 sec.

Icy Onslaught
