Consuming Rime reduces the cooldown of Empower Rune Weapon by 6 sec.

Biting Cold

Obliterate consumes up to 3 stacks, dealing an additional 9 Frost damage for each stack consumed.

Frostreaper

Obliterate deals 10% increased damage and has a chance to tether the souls of its target and a nearby enemy to yours.

Icy Onslaught
